Include CLI in Linux zip archive and support custom install locations

The launcher/CLI script should be included in the main directory and symlinked to from /usr/bin.

See #4398, the main program directory should be complete.

Let's see how it goes with the packages before doing something like this. This is only really an issue if the zip archive is used on Linux.
