Inlay hints missing for negative numbers

Issue Type: Bug

Create a function with a number argument in JavaScript, then call that function with a constant negative number.

Expected result is the inlay hint for the argument name should be shown, actual result is that its omitted (same as is done for named variables passed in).

OS version: Darwin arm64 20.2.0
Restricted Mode: No

Emmmmm.... negative numbers is something like minus(numeric literal) in TypeScript.

We may just handle this case?
