Steps

1. ng new angular-component-library
2. cd angular-component-library
3. ng generate library ratify --prefix=lib

Build

ng build ratify

Running unit tests

Run ng test to execute the unit tests via Karma.

Running end-to-end tests

Run ng e2e to execute the end-to-end tests via Protractor.
