… we wait until the write hits the filesystem for each write
Renamed the function `sessionIDFilenamePrefix` to `SessionIDFilenamePrefix` for consistency with Go naming conventions. Updated all references and tests accordingly. Also adjusted some comments for better formatting. No changes in functionality.
