We should work with the storybook init script to scaffold out storybook config and stuff in a Qwik project.

I'm working on this. Making pretty good progress. Also see this issue.

I have some work-in-progress code that I think might be able to be merged into storybook that will point to this package. We will also need some additions to this package to include some of the templates used by the CLI.

At some point, hopefully, this package can be brought into the storybook monorepo. There's a chance that will happen sooner to make this easier? We'll see what the storybook maintainers say.

The latest plan on this is that this project will never be merged into storybook. The template for scaffolding things out in the CLI will live in this project, and the Storybook CLI will just point to this.

Down the road, SB plans to remove any references to third party libraries like this in the CLI, and there will be some things we need to add in this framework to do the scaffolding.
