update to golang version 1.23.10

I'd like to see a commit similar to https://github.com/lightninglabs/lightning-terminal/commit/503a295252e8dd6fd91a2e09892ea716941ae2e8 that bumps the golang version used to 1.23.10 so that it is in sync with lnd and https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/commit/643fbb8af65b4d8cc0aa9074114812031b593fdd because right now I can't build litd using lnd master branch.
