Add two example scripts aimed at promoting project cleanliness:

  1. delete_empty_space.py - simple script to delete any spaces with no content within them, avoid clutter
  2. preview_purge.py - for those who start up a preview manually and forget about it, a script that can be run occasionally to identify previews not linked to a current PR and delete them (designed to be used with start-preview Git action)
