Use noble-curves instead of noble-ed25519, noble-secp256k1 #315
Description
https://github.com/paulmillr/noble-curves is the new player in the game with improved security.
We have already switched ethereum-cryptography ethereum/js-ethereum-cryptography#74 and switching ethereumjs/ethereumjs-monorepo#2639
You can keep old packages for now - no immediate risk. Recommended to switch to curves at some point though. API is very similar. Check out pull requests above for an example.
