Review Apps should start with a preset of ENV vars.
Manually configured apps should be loaded with a set of default ENV vars.
Pipeline form should have similar fields as in the app form
The Pipeline CRD is just used to store the defaults. The operator does not evaluate or process the values.
Possible solution
Not sure yet if there should be a set per App or Pipeline.
