ExtensionAPIs is not a currently proposed feature of OSBAPI #153
Description
Currently ExtensionAPIs is included as a field on ProvisionResponse: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/go-open-service-broker-client/blob/a6136cae557aaec67949f38da4fa9a13e4fcadf4/v2/types.go#L228-L233
This corresponds to an old OSBAPI proposal, cloudfoundry/servicebroker#431 but this has been closed in favour of cloudfoundry/servicebroker#670 which has also yet to be accepted.
I feel like removing the current ExtensionAPIs seems like a reasonable step and that later on the new proposed API could be re-added as an alpha feature.
