Custom layouts

Here is my little collection of custom layouts for jquery-circle-progress. I don't want to include them into "core" functionality but I also don't want them to be lost in issues.

All of them are quickly made snippets. I didn't write tests for them so use it on your own risk. However you may leave a comment in corresponding discussion if something is wrong.
