chore: add e2e test

We should run a couple of e2e tests to make sure that the api-syncagent is working correctly. For that, we probably need to set up a) a kcp instance (could be directly with the kcp binary? Do we need a containerized version here?), b) a Kubernetes cluster via `kind` and c) the api-sycagent itself.
