During the upgrade path to raise the minimum level of PHP it was found that the 'JsonSchema\Tests\Uri\UriRetrieverTest
had incorrectly configured mocks. TheUriRetrieverTest::confirmMediaType()requires aJsonSchema\Uri\Retrievers\UriRetrieverInterface` and not an instance of itself.This test corrects them.
