Add Emozionalmente dataset to the list

This PR adds the Emozionalmente dataset to the speech datasets list.

• 6902 samples produced by 431 non-professional Italian speakers.
• Contains 18 sentences simulating the Big Six emotions (anger, disgust, fear, happiness, sadness, surprise) plus neutrality.
• Links to the IEEE paper, Colab demo, and Zenodo.

This addition ensures broader coverage of emotional speech corpora, especially for Italian language resources
