Cairo+Harfbuzz

Hello JD,

I just wanted to let you know that the stipples suddenly started to work on my Xorg/Lucid/Cairo/Harfbuzz build (Emacs 30). It could be that the issue depends on the font backend in use (font-backend frame parameter). The difference is that I am now on a different newer machine with an unfortunately lower resolution display. Otherwise exactly same configuration and same Linux distribution. So I believe the issue depends only on the DPI setting.

Great to hear, it does seem like DPI is related, based on other reports. I'll add something to the README.
