Travis did not seem to like me deleting the branch, but it is already merged on master and passing all tests. |

This pull request fixes the Travis build for the Xcode 7.3.1 image.
It also contains a fix for PR #28 that disables code coverage for
Debugbased configurations.Finally, a deprecated C-style loop in the test code is removed.
