Unable to install - Upstream package disabled

Installing this package on Apple Silicon results in an error:

Error: gradle@6 has been disabled because it is not maintained upstream! It was disabled on 2024-12-14.

Just thought you should know and if you have any suggestions.

@EvilLooney try using brew install opensearch@1 --force

Thank you for the fix, @jayankaghosh , I have updated the README.md to include the --force option.

I also marked the opensearch@1 formula as deprecated, as it has been marked deprecated upstream on 06-05-2025.
