Add basic HTTP client

[gonzo-lot49]

Multiple pieces to this:

• added JSON processing
• connected lws to Iggy
• added CMake code to download Iggy binaries for E2E testing
• additional improvements for code linting (lizard, flawfinder, cppcheck)
• removed workaround for vcpkg feature issue

Several pieces of the above still in progress, so in draft.
