Include the update BDEW standard load profiles #1292
Description
In march 2025 the BDEW standard load profiles got an update. https://www.bdew.de/energie/standardlastprofile-strom/
These should be included as well. One could use the existing implementation of BdewStandardLoadProfile as orientation.
