K Diffusion is a highly used library: https://github.com/crowsonkb/k-diffusion . This PR moves the community k diffusion pipeline to native src/diffusers/pipelines.
Note we recommend strongly to use other existing schedulers and only add this pipeline as an experimental pipeline.
