The `doc_auto_cfg` and `doc_cfg_hide` features were recently removed. This commit replaces them with the new `doc_cfg` feature which should work as an in-place replacement.

I could swear I wrote a comment when I merged this PR. Either way I wanted to say thank you, and note that it's now deployed. It's a shame that this part of docs.rs is still an unstable feature and breaks overnight! |

The
doc_auto_cfganddoc_cfg_hidefeatures were recently removed. This commit replaces them with the newdoc_cfgfeature which should work as an drop-in replacement.I noticed this because building the docs for one of my crates failed due to
doc_auto_cfgin this crate andrand_core. The PR rust-random/rand#1664 contains the fix for therand_coreandrandcrates.
