I don't think I'm using the library anymore. But I'm sure there are people for whom this would be useful. |

I propose to add a
toTitlefunction to the string utils, a laData.Text.toTitle.Unfortunately I had problems when trying to build the test suite as well as loading the library in ghci, however I have provided tests and I have tested the code independently in ghci.
