Allow users to customize the error codes that should be retried by the AWS SDK. This enables advanced workflows such as retrying authentication failures

Inspiration heavily sourced from the support of
AWS_MAX_ATTEMPTS. I've noticed #114 too so if you'd like me to rebase onto there then I can give that a go.Feedback always welcome 😄
