Grida Canvas - SVGs

This implements SVG import as replacement of @grida/io-svg

Key Features

• render svg as-is Raw SVGNode (shadow root node)
• parse svg with own IR <> serde
• import svg -> grida node

CG (was missing, now implemented due to SVG support)

• Two Point Conical Gradient for <radialGradient> with focal point
• tile_mode for LinearGradient, RadialGradient
• Text on Path
