Knowledge tool does not get used when it gets added using "Add Knowledge" option in Thread view.

Setup - Electron build with commit id 08213a013cc

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Launch chat view by going to Chat
2. Use "Add Knowledge" option to add knowledge tool.
3. select a file
4. Once you get confirmation about the file added , Ask a question about information present in the file that was just added.

Notice that there is no tool call made to knowledge and the response presented to the user is not from the knowledge file that was added.

This issue is not seen anymore when testing with Version - 0.10.0-rc2 (0.10.0-rc2)
