[v4] __reanimatedWorkletInit is not a function in expo 45 snack

This is likely an expo issue but react-native-bottom-sheet cannot be used in the latest expo snack due to a __reanimatedWorkletInit issue. I think it's related to snack using the commonjs files. (fwiw I am the author of another reanimated package and am getting the same issue, hoping we can put our heads together and solve it.)

edit: fixed on my end by adding my babel config to the builder bob step in package.json:

  },

i also had to explicitly add metro-react-native-babel-preset to dev dependencies to get it to build
