[Feature] onNetworkDisconnected function

Using the radio example, when the radio is playing and the user connected to WiFi from 3G/4G (or vice versa), after a few seconds, the radio stream stops playing due a network disconnect/change. Would be nice if there's an automated function that will re-try to reconnects to the same radio stream.

just came to the same problem as mentioned above. The problem is, no event is fired when the connection drops. What's worse is during this dropped connection .playing() returns true. I turned wifi off waited 3 minutes untill auto-reconnect.
So.. any chance to watch some property for 'sudden stop' event?

I do not believe it is howler's focus to address this specific problem. @goldfire has the last call on this.

@dheimoz looks promising and applicable only for the loss of connectivity. But what in case the radio stream went down for a minute.. stream server restart or so.. in that case the howlser connection is active, time is counting, no event is fired.
Native html5 audio has events:
stalled - fired when connection drops
timeupdate - stopped when connection drops
so I can listen to them. Would be great if howler listens to them too.
