[Feature] Reorder Project Boards #14533
Description
Currently, when a project board is misaligned (i.e. Done is located as the middle project board), reordering it is pretty tedious:
The corresponding boards needs to be renamed, and all their issues swapped.
This is rather unnerving, error prone and time consuming.
It would be nice if we could just Drag'n'Drop one board to another location, where it will automatically update both the client and the server.
