What

Corrected a typos:

Changed "mint the xDAI and ERC20 token" to "mint the xDAI and ERC20 tokens" for consistency.
Updated "allows to mint" to "allows minting" for better phrasing.
Fixed the typo "ERC2O" to "ERC20".
