Add support for list_repository_contributors

The MCP Server currently doesn't have a tool which allows for listing repository contributors, though there is an endpoint for this in the REST API: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/repos/repos?apiVersion=2022-11-28#list-repository-contributors

Seems like something we might want to add to the server!
