Two suggestions to add Go to the language lists (which I obviously forgot to do before 🤦♂) if you feel like it, otherwise happy to do that in a follow-up PR.

This PR updates the CodeQL documentation to remove information about COBOL analysis in preparation for the release of 1.24. This work is part of the product documentation issue 2176.
