Add a preview for .NET gcdump files:

Note: The preview component has to be loaded only if an event with this specific attachment type is available, and someone clicks Preview. Since the preview tool can be quite large.

We found a memory leak with this, through this issue: https://sentry.sentry.io/issues/6336223012/attachments/?project=1886021&query=is%3Aunresolved%20issue.priority%3A%5Bhigh%2C%20medium%5D&referrer=issue-stream&sort=date&stream_index=1

But we need to downoad the file and get a tool to look at it, like gcdump CLI.

Yep! The attachment preview supporting these files makes sense to me

Out of 61 events, we only managed to capture 4 heap dumps.
We really need larger attachment type support before it makes sense to push this feature forward.

On a chat with @Flash0ver an idea that came up was to parse the gcdump file, find the largest allocations and show them at the top of the event. The head dump preview is still very helpful, and should be shown before the stack trace since as we've established, the stack trace is not helpful at all as it'll be all over the place and we need to group all of these OOMs together.
