Workaround for MaxPath issue building iOS apps from Windows

We've implemented a fix for this already but haven't yet got any feedback from SDK users confirming this works without issue. In local testing, everything works fine so we're planning to include this with the version 6.0.0 preview releases. Assuming no negative reviews during preview, we can roll it out with version 6.0.0 GA.
