Uses functionality from SQL query source and tests that it works in the
HTTP request setting.

Add code source attributes to outgoing HTTP requests as described in
getsentry/sentry-docs#15161. The attributes are only added if the time to receive a response to an HTTP request exceeds a configurable threshold value.

Factors out functionality from SQL query source and tests that it works
in the HTTP request setting.

Closes #4881
