If SamplesPerPixel has more entries than BitsPerSample / SampleFormat default to the first entry.
This occurred in openlayers/openlayers#13639 and I thought I should ask whether it makes sense to include this in geotiff.js to make reading more robust? There is a bit more context in openlayers/openlayers#13639 (comment)
