maxFlingDuration isnt used unless singlePageScrolls and snapping options are set to true #114
Description
The docs state:
maxFlingDuration Set the maximum time (ms) that a fling can take to complete once the input has ended (numeric, default 1000ms)
However maxFlingDurarion is only taken into account if both singlePageScrolls and snapping options are set to true.
