In order to properly use the bounded actor-based invariant testing pattern outlined here: foundry-rs/book#497 (comment) the ability to turn off the random caller functionality in invariant testing is required.
Without this ability, revert_on_failure = true can't be used as successful calls can't be guaranteed.
