Updated the pull request template to include new sections and checkboxes.
Added a security issue reporting template to guide users in reporting vulnerabilities safely.
Updated feature request template to include new sections for summary, motivation, proposed solution, alternatives considered, and additional context.
Added a security policy outlining vulnerability reporting and disclosure procedures.
