feat(HelpPostReactionRemoval): This Fixes issue #247
GenericMessageReactionEvent#retrieveUsershouldn't be causing any errors according to the documents.The errors that could be thrown from
MessageReaction#removeReactionwould either indicate the reaction no longer exists or insufficient permissions, it's ignored assuming the bot always has permissions.
