Groups Properties Window Manager List contains faulty entry

This is what i m seeing during a test run. The Problem, the Cy-test user doesn't exist (anymore), yet on the groups pane it is still available as group manager. Which means the list isn't updated properly. We need to make sure that only existing users are selectable (and displayed) as available group managers.
