BlockchainTests status for wip/metropolis branch

This is a meta-issue to get the BlockchainTests runs on the current Metro-Byzantium working branch (#161) under control.

Since running the whole test suite often takes too much time (> 7 hours) it would be great if you could run outdated/not-run test folders from the following table and post the results here.

I'll try to keep the table up-to-date in a timely fashion.

Folders with test cases can be run with:

node ./tests/tester -b --dir='bcBlockGasLimitTest'`

Note: This only works once #193 is merged.

GeneralStateTests sub folder is not included in the table above. Please feel free to post test results anyway, will add a new table row.
