Add OTA for all boards

Hi all,

Would it be possible to make the OTA options persist for all the boards.. I'm using a nodemcu and i'm constantly switching between them when i screw up something and get a reboot / need to upload a SPIFFS image. But the OTA works for all boards..., and is so much faster. I would just use the normal board which i used to, but esptool now only works for the node board.. generic does not.

The added reset method also works for me.
