Cross verification between Schildichat Android and Element X is not working.

Steps to reproduce

I had this Problem with Element Desktop and Element X with other devices and account, but decided then using element.

This time it's between Schildichat and Element X
Schildichat is Installed on two devices with cross-verification enabled and Element X is verified the same problem occours

1. I log in into Element X on android. It's asking for cross verification.
2. I decide to compare emojis.
3. On both devices the accordance is confirmed

What did you expect?

The Element X Session is verified

What happened instead?

The Verification on Element X isn't stopping.

BTW the Back Button don't work.

Sorry for the late response: you can send logs from both EX Android and Schildichat by going back to the initial screen and tapping 7 times on the version number at the bottom, you should see a 'report issue' screen is displayed.

at Element X the app is stuck at the verification.
I can't go back.

And at Schildichat I don't find the Version at the bottom at the initial screen.
Which initial screen do you mean?

I see the rooms at the initial screen.
When i go in the options and click on versions nothing happens.
When I try to report a problem from the menu in the initial screen it should be send to schildichat and not to you, or?
I sent it anyway and hope you got it.

I tried it today on element X and it's even worse.
I deleted the session and made a login again and when the identity should be verified:

The other schildichat android devices don't get an popup. I tried on both other schildichat android devices to go in settings and session, and try to verify from this side, but element X don't react.

Sadly I don't know how to create logs in the mobile Versions.
In Element X and Schildichat Next I don't even get in the menu.
Shaking don't work.

At the moment i was only able to send debug logs in Element Web

Ah true, sorry. if you didn't manage to log in, you won't be able to use the easy path in the settings screen... If you go back to the initial screen after a logout, you can tap on the version number at the bottom 7 times and it'll allow you to send a bug report. Having them for both devices/apps would be great, but having the logs for the device trying to verify could be enough to diagnose the problem.

Could it be your key backup is broken somehow? I'm not an expert on this part of the app, so I'm not entirely sure how to fix that to be honest. Maybe someone from the @element-hq/element-crypto team could help?
