"Message Search" section ignores URL overrides for desktop downloads #30733

Steps to reproduce
In the Security & Privacy > Encryption > Message Search section the link to download the Desktop client IGNORES all URL declarations for desktop client downloads declared in config.json and only points to "https://element.io/get-started" instead of what is configured.

I expected this URL to honour declarations in config.json as is documented
