Easy replying to a partial selection of a message #29893

Your use case
What would you like to do?
Select a chunk of a message as if you were going to copy it, and then hit reply - which would quote the selection in your reply rather than replying to the whole message.
Why would you like to do it?
Nice feature from Skype
How would you like to achieve it?
You can workaround this today by copying and pasting with a > prefix to quote. But having a single button way of doing it for non-MD-savvy users might nice.
