If set, will do a `ulimit -n $ULIMIT_N' in the wrapper script.
I had set the limits for elasticsearch user in /etc/security/limits.conf but that wasn't working when used with this script even though /etc/pam.d/runuser says 'required session pam_limits.so' so i put the support in here.
