Hey there! I've got a use case where I want to install some files in slightly different locations than Drupal core uses. Right now there's no way to do that. What I'm proposing is that the includes key be allowed to specify an associative array of includes, where the key is the source, and the value is the destination. Eg:

{
  "extra": {
    "drupal-scaffold": {
      "includes": {
        "sites/example.settings.local.php": "sites/default/example.settings.local.php"
      },
    }
  }
}

Hi @rbayliss,

thanks for the PR. Isn't it possible to use the "initial" setting for this purpose? This setting runs after the download and an copy the file to other paths.
