wait list

Since #76 was blocked for me to comment, I created new issue to explain about wait list:

I like how meetup does, the waiting list is based on user registration time-stamp for the event. Eg: When the max. number of participants have reached and somebody asks to join the event, then s/he'd be automatically registered for the event when someone leaves.

To Illustrate more: -

• 20 max num of participants for the event
• Rajib is among the 20 already registered participant
• Daniel also wants to join the event and when he joins, he is in number 21 i.e. 1st on the waiting list
• Daniel's girl also wants to join the event and when she registers she is in number 22, 2nd on the waiting list
• Rajib cancels the participation in the event
• Daniel is automatically now registered for the event and gets notification via email
• If Daniel or some other cancels then Daniel's girl would be registered and get notification
