是否考虑增加toolbar组件

看到其他blazor库中有toolbar组件，检索了一下目前bootstrapblazor还没有，是否考虑增加独立的工具栏组件，在页面中设置并固定位置可以提高开发效率，如下图所示，谢谢 |
