This issue aims to enhance the Aspire framework by integrating fundamental AWS services,
Post integration, aim to incorporate LocalStack support to facilitate efficient local development and testing.

Tasks

• Integrate fundamental AWS services into the Aspire framework.
• Implement LocalStack support using the localstack-dotnet-client. This integration will enable developers to simulate AWS cloud environments locally.
